I have received a damaged product. How do I get a replacement?

I purchased couple of Cisco WAP4410N Wireless-N Access Points for one of my Networking projects, it took 10 days to arrive in Kolkata. I configured it (took only 5 minutes / very easy UI). Started working instantly. Devices started taking IP / DNS info from my Server DHCP. [You have to have "ONLY ONE" DHCP, may it reside in your server (Server 2008 / Linux) or your router]. It can support upto 63. And the range is amazing too... (50 feet without line of sight / tested personally).
