The Citizen CH 456 upper arm BP monitor is vested with an Irregular heartbeat indicator and a Body movement detector. The Irregular heartbeat indicator identifies abnormal heartbeats. At the same time, the body movement detector senses movement of the body or unit, thus avoiding incorrect readings and giving you authentic and precise readings.

Engineered to function with comfort, this Citizen BP monitor is simple and intuitive when it comes to its operation. Bestowed with a user friendly interface, the monitor has a large and clear, easy to read LCD display and one touch operation control buttons.The monitor comes with a medium sized cuff that can be safely kept in the cuff holder when not in use. The cuff is non-integrated and allows easy positioning, therefore making it easy for you to attach it to your arm.
Performance and Features
Supported with an inbuilt digital sensor and pump, this automatic upper arm BP monitor inflates and deflates the cuff at an ideal level thus enabling authentic readings in a digitized form. The Citizen CH 456 BP monitor sports an automatic memory feature that can recall up to 90 sets of readings with averaging capabilities for the last three readings. This helps you track your blood pressure and pulse progress over a period of time.This arm BP monitor also features an auto-off function that automatically shuts down the monitor if the monitor is idle for more than 3 minutes. The BP monitor can display a range from 0 to 280 mmHg for pressure readings and 40 to 180 beats/minute for pulse rates. The accuracy rate of the monitor stands at +/-3 mmHg for pressure readings and +/-5% of reading for pulse progress. This monitor is powered by 4 AA batteries. You also have the option of using an AC adaptor (Adaptor to be bought seperately) that allow you to measure your blood pressure, without having to worry about the amount of remaining charge in the batteries.

Very useful
My idea was to buy a better product at the maximum price I could afford because I didn't want to regret after buying an inexpensive product. I think this is a good product with a good life span.The manual cautions that one should not expect even two consecutive readings to be the same. Yet, I got identical results when tried consecutively. However, the reasdings vary significantly, if we loosen or tighten the strap. So we need to know fully well how to use the product to get accurate readings.

Value for Money
I was searching for such product for my Family and I got E-mail notification from Flip-cart, It got delivered within 2 days. Product is very Good and easy to use. Only missing part is that they Don't provide AC adapter and its very difficult to find original adapter. There are lots of useful functions like reading storage etc. As it's a Citizen product you can rely on durability part.
