I have received a damaged product. How do I get a replacement?

Used it for few days and found below:

Beware before you buy this calculator
Was shocked to receive this calculator in Pathetic condition - the gum which sticks the calculator to the cover was coming out and was totally sticky. Quality of the calculator is too pathetic. Don't waste your money buying this.
