Very good book on VLSI

Its an excellent book on VLSI. Lucid and simple language Excellent explanation with diagrams. Also good for University level exams point of view.
It lacks colour plates and VLSI design problems and examples on layouts; but theory is given very nice. I strongly recommend it to those pursuing Electronics Engineering course,
