I have received a damaged product. How do I get a replacement?

Average game with twitchy game controls
The game didnt work in my PC out of box. I checked some forums and found the games issue is supporting Quad core processors (Intel i7) in 64 bit system. If any of you face this difficulty while starting the game after installation, do the following and it works -
Issue - "Dirt Executable Not working"
Reason - "Game supports 2 cores only. When more cores are natively activated, system crashes"
Solution - 1- Go to your Colin Mcrae DiRT install folder "c:\Program Files (x86\Code Masters\Dirt\system
2- open "Hardware_Settings_restrictions" in notepad
3- change workerMap8Core to workerMap4Core or change all to workermap2core (I did the first)
4- You may have to save a file copy and then delete the old file, then rename the saved settings file with previous name
4- open your game again and it will work
Game is average but has good graphics. I didnt like the character progression much and car dynamics are not intuitive and physically realistic.
One of the best racing games ever made
To all those who are saying this is a bad game, NFS is not how cars handle and trust me Gran Turismo and Forza is too real. This is the perfect in-between.
If you want to see a game with very good graphics (considering it was made in 2007) then look no further. This along with Race Driver : GRID is one of the best racing games ever made.
If you play NFS and think that is racing then I don't think you should buy this. Play this at 1920 x 1080 at High settings and prepare to be blown away.

Best Racing Simulation Game
First of all this game is value for money. It doesnt get cheaper than this.
If you like racing sim games like Race Driver: GRID then you will like this too.
Not recommended for NFS fans. They will be disappointed.
This game requires good amount of patience to drive a car or a buggy.
If you are enthusistic enough then do give this a try.
