I have received a damaged product. How do I get a replacement?

About the Author
Simon Haykin has completed his B.Sc. with first class honours in Electrical Engineering from the University of Birmingham, England. He also completed his Ph.D. and D.Sc. in Electrical Engineering from the same university. His ventures into adaptive signal-processing are highly noticeable. He is a member of the Royal Society of Canada, and the Institute of Electrical and Electronics Engineers as well. He has also published two seminal journal papers, namely, Cognitive Radio: Brain-empowered Wireless communications, and Cognitive Radar: A Way of the Future.
