Excellent practical book for compiler design

This book is a very good read for compiler design. I have a couple of books on the subject, none that provides good clarity on concepts and still has a quick learning curve.

If you are reading the dragon book, I highly recommend reading this book in parallel.

perfect complement to the dragon book..!

well organised..lucid..theory is there and lots of examples are there..if you can't understand something in the dragon book turn to this one..and then if you go back to the dragon book it all makes sense..and be sure to download errata from author's site..
