I have received a damaged product. How do I get a replacement?

The Complete Yes Minister
Decided to buy this after I watched the first series on YouTube and on a VCD. I've bought many BBC TV shows, because you cannot download the podcasts from iTunes in India. So flipkart's the best way.
Moreover, I was struck by the cheap price... I ordered without a second thought.
Audio
First thing: This DVD set is marketed/ manufactured in India by SaReGaMa (RPG/ HMV), not by BBC.
Audio: Is the OPEN GOVERNMENT episode a pilot episode? Did anyone notice lip-sync problems in the OPEN GOVERNMENT episode?
Downside: No subtitles on the Series I DVD :-(
