About Wayne Wolf

Wayne Wolf is an American Computer Scientist and the Rhesa "Ray" P. Farmer Distinguished Chair of Embedded Computing Systems and Georgia Research Alliance Eminent Scholar at the Georgia Institute of Technology. He has also written Modern VLSI Design, High-Performance Embedded Computing, FPGA-Based System Design and Multiprocessor Systems-on-Chips.

Dr. Wolf graduated from Stanford, pursuing a Ph.D. there after his graduation. A member of Phi Beta Kappa and Tau Beta Pi, he has received the ASEE/CSE and HP Frederick E. Terman Award and the IEEE Circuits and Systems Society Education Award.
