Book Summary of Confessions Of A Listmaniac A seriously funny, coming of age novel by Meenakshi Reddy Madhavan. Seventeen-year-old Layla knows that journal writing is way retro but thinks, why not recreate the whole blog thing in a notebook? Layla's journal entries often morph into quirky lists that record her observations on her life and times. Light, confessional and brimming with witty teenage angst, Layla's observations on her family and friends provide a commentary on the lives of urban teenagers and the way they think and function. About the Author Meenakshi Reddy Madhavan is the author of You Are Here and the future author (it is hoped) of many other things. Confessions of a Listmaniac is her second book. She still enjoys reading Judy Blume and has kept a diary all her life. She lives in Bombay where she works to feed her cat.

Just like a Diary
If you like reading through diaries or blogs of different people, then probably this is a book for you. I have read only novels so far and this was my first ever "different read".
A story said in the form of daily events - good for quick light reading. The only downside I would say is - the book is expensively priced.

A quick read
I finished reading this book within two hours of receiving it from flipkart. Yes, that's how fast you'll finish reading it. No doubt entertaining, however heavily influenced by Jacqueline Wilson (heck, even the illustrations seemed like they were lifted straight off Wilson's books!)
it was pretty cute..and its wht actully happens in eleventh and twelth.........but it was too short.....and better than "you are here" her first book!!! but the best parts were all her lists!!!!
