Connect the Dots (Telugu) is a collection of inspiring stories of twenty enterprising individuals who became immensely successful by starting their own ventures.

    Summary of the Book

Connect the Dots (Telugu) is a sequel to the bestselling book, Stay Hungry Stay Foolish, by Rashmi Bansal. The book is an anthology of inspiring stories that urge the readers to dream big, regardless of their qualifications. The book is divided into three parts Jugaad, Junoon and Zubaan. This book is an attempt to inspire people and boost their morale for them to be able to realize their dreams. The author stresses on the part that the qualifications are not necessary to reach your goal. The book describes the journey of twenty entrepreneurs who became exceedingly successful without an MBA degree. The only thing these people had in common was their determination and passion to succeed. The author also encourages the readers to create lots of dots in their lives and then focus on connecting them with perseverance and hard work. This book is an ideal read for all aspiring entrepreneurs.

    About Rashmi Bansal

Rashmi Bansal is an entrepreneur who delves into writing, consulting as a youth expert, editing for JAM (Just Another Magazine) of which she is also the co-founder. She is also a contributor for the business magazine Businessworld. Her other bestsellers include Stay Hungry Stay Foolish and I Have a Dream, which talk about entrepreneurship among non-MBA graduates and her fourth book Poor Little Rich Slum takes inspiration from the struggles and enterprising strength in the slums of Mumbai. Perhaps the success of her books can be attributed to her sharp wit and her strong, opinionated voice that shines through to the readers. She is a natural mentor for today’s youth. Rashmi Bansal is an MBA graduate herself, and lives with her daughter in Mumbai, India.

Taken from Steve Jobs' lecture. These entrepreneurs didnt have much idea where they will reach but were consistent and looking back now can connect the dots.

The book takes you through the lives of 20 non-MBA entrepreneurs from varying backgrounds with a few rags to riches stories. The stories of Dosa Plaza,VETA,Oriental cuisines etc are especially exciting as the entrpreneurs started with nothing and had their own ways of dealing with complex situations.
I enjoyed it more than her other book "stay hungry stay foolish". Those MBAs from IIM-A already had a good network and also the "MBA knowledge"...in this book the individuals do not have those ad...

    On connecting the dots...

Here are the dots on the book:
    1. Clear presentation
    2. Demonstrates that a strong will can overcome most hurdles
    3. Inspires confidence
    4. Breaks mthys and pessimism that only "lucky", "Already rich" and "crooked ways" bring prosperity.
    5. Easy and fun to read - Since the contents are arranged in a series of short chapters.
    6. its different from most other books that advice (not that all advice is bad), in the sense that it describes/presents true stories.
    7. Read this and refresh your mind ...

    Very Motivating

Being at the brink of completing MTech, I found this book very motivating to think freely in terms of where I want to take my career. The book has covered entrepreneurs from such diverse areas that every chapter is equally interesting and unique!

I found answers to many questions related to entrepreneurship like how long it usually takes to settle a start-up, how to deal with family and peer pressure, is money always the main motive or businesses can be successful with other bottom-lines as...
