About Author :
Dr. P. Adminarayan Reddy was born in 1957. He took his B.Sc., (1978) and B.Ed. (1981) from Bangalore University, M.A. (1980) and Ph.D. in (1990) in Adult Education from S.V. University and M.Ed. (1984) from Annamalai University. He is the department of Adult and Continuing Education in S.V. University for the last 25 years and now as Director and Head. He has undergone the training in youth and adult education in Denmark and has opportunities to study adult and non-formal education programmes in Denmark, Sweden and West Germany during his visits to these countries.
