Sanjeev Kapoor was born in 1967 in Haryana. He is a famous TV personality, hosting the longest running cookery show in India, which has been running on Zee TV since 1993. He studied at the Institute of Hotel Management in Pusa, earning a diploma in hotel management. He has also started an exclusive cookery channel, and has authored numerous cookery books.

Best cooking book

It has an nice vegetarian collection of recipes by the Chef Sanjeev Kumar. I have tried a few recipes and most of them made out easily.
The recepies are just the way we do it at home.

It contents section like main dishes, rice & roti, beverages & soups, sweets & desserts, snacks & starters, dal & kadhi, pickels & chutneys, and a glossary (in the glossary you can find the hindi meanings for the english terms used in the book).

Collection of mouth watering vegetarian recipes

As the title goes, this book is a nice collection of tasty recipes for vegetarians. I love this book because most of the recipes are delicious but still can be prepared without much hassle and in short time.
