I am more than satisfied with this product. even though it may seem a little bulky than the rest of the portable battery packs...it is the smallest 5600mAh battery pack i have come across. when kept in my jeans pocket...it is not as visible as i thought it would be... however when i charged my Samsung Galaxy S...i feel it takes a tiny bit longer than a normal wall plug point. not an issue really. the time diffrence is about 10-15 minz. so no real problem. :)
