Cooler Master CM Essentials 140 Cooler

The fan is very quite. Nice blue LED light soothing for the eyes. It can move quite a lot of air. I have used it as an intake/suction fan in the front side of my cooler master elite plus cabinet. What I noticed immediately after installation was that the temperature of my CPU reduced by around 2C. Even after load on the CPU the temperature would immediately drop down to ambient much faster because of this fan. My hard disks have remained relatively cool since. The packing by Flipkart was very good and it was delivered to me much earlier than anticipated. For that Flipkart truly deserves 5 stars.

Got 5 of these for my Corsair Carbide 400R cabinet and using them as exhaust. The fans that came pre-installed in the cabinet are super quiet. Got them installed them and fired them up. Was expecting a rattle as there are 8 fans in total now, but wallah! No sound whatsoever and the chassis is certainly cooler.

The only complaint is that mounting these is a bit of a hard work, I can see them fitting very well with the CM chassis but not with the others. The mounting holes in Corsair are pretty huge, hence had to find other screws from my toolbox and some rubber washers. Also the lights are "BIT TOO BLUE"!!!!

Otherwise the FAN works great. Silent and efficient.

This is a huge 140mm fan for cabinet. It has 4 blue LEDs in corners.
Pros:

3. Has long wires to connect the fan anywhere within cabinet
4. Comes with 3pin to 4 pin converter, 4 screws
Cons:
1. Plastic quality is not that good.
2. May be some people won't like the blue lights, can be disturbing at night
3. Doesn't come with rubber bushing for snug fit
Other points:
1. This is a constant speed fan, not speed controlled
2. Has reduced my motherboard temp by 2C and CPU temp by 2C.

Recommended for the price. A very VFM buy.
Flipkart service was quick and on time.

I got 3 of them from Flip Kart for my CM Elite 371 case. Attached two of them as intake on side panel, and one as intake on the front. I already have one fan as an exhaust. Yes, I went for Positive overflow, it increases the temperature by 1 C or so, but takes care of the dust. So, getting very good results, and temperatures have actually gone down. The CPU fan runs at much lower RPM now.
Also, installation is very simple, and screws, connector cable are provided. And the Blue LEDs look cool (might be intrusive for someone at night).
These fans make very little noise, but provide good air, thanks to 140 mm and 1000 RPM speed. Recommended purchase.

I bought a pair of these for use with my 400r cabinet. These are very quite fans & also low power consuption & the leds look really cool. I am using it at sides of my cabinet for exhaust.bang for your buck.
