The product did not work on delivery. But Flipkart and the dealer got the replacement to me in 2 business days. Flipkart has the best delivery service around.
The product works fine and have not encountered any issues so far.
I have 15.6 inch vaio and the cooler is just slightly smaller. The cooling is good enough. Definitely worth the price.
