Body

The Sentinel Zero-G has a sleek and sophisticated design. The mouse is manufactured with a combination of several materials that include ABS plastic, metal and rubber. You can expect excellent grip as the Zero-G has comfortable rubber grip. This feature also makes the mouse less slippery. The mouse has a mesh design on top, giving it a classy look.

The Cooler Master Sentinal has 8 buttons in total. These include the usual left- and right-click buttons along with a scroll wheel. The other buttons include the one available in front of the scroll wheel. 2 more buttons are available in the back of the scroll wheel, just above the small display screen. The last 2 buttons are placed on the left side of the mouse, just where you place your thumb.

Weighing just 161.5 g, the Sentinal Zero-G has the dimensions of 83.5 X 40 X 135 mm. the mouse has customizable lighting and an Octoshade LED tech display screen. The lights change every time you change your profile. The screen shows which profile the mouse is set in, allowing you to easily find the required game to pair it with. The mouse provides you with visual feedback every time you change your dpi settings.

The unique thing about the Zero-G mouse is that it lets you add or subtract extra weight. This helps you in increasing the precision of the mouse. You can add up to 22.5 g of extra weight to this mouse. The mouse can be easily connected to your computer through an unused USB port.

Performance

The button available on top of the scroll wheel lets you easily change saved profiles. This is very helpful when you are playing in gaming tournaments as you can easily switch between different control movements. The mouse has a 5600 dpi storm tactical twin-laser sensor. The availability of a large dpi assists in faster and quicker movement of the mouse. Equipped with 1000 Hz polling, the Sentinal mouse has 1 ms response time. The mouse gives you smooth movement and can be used on almost any surface. The mouse has 128 KB on-board memory, allowing you to create 5 different game profiles.
