Worth the money!!
Got it yesterday, product packaging was good as always from FK.
About the product: This is an excellent product from Cooler Master, had some difficulties in fixing it on the motherboard but the performance is too good compared to the stock cooler fan. Very less noise and finally got rid of the terrible noise from old cooler fan. I would rate this product 5 out of 5.

Decent enough to replace stock cooler...
Packing was exceptional from flipkart.
This heatsink fits in a mini atx board pretty comfortably.
Expect just around 4-5C of temp drop from a stock cooler.
Max temp on 100% cpu usage on Prime 95 on a overclocked Q8400 3.20GHz was 68C.
Buy this only if you are looking to replace the stock cooler with overclocking only around 5-10%
