Cooler Master XtraFlo Cooler

Excellent product ...but we need a 3 pin to molex convertor to use it as a normal cabinet fan..(Luckily i had 1 lying around).
Got 2 of them and they look and perform superbly with my new case.

Just 1 complaint is that the cable is too short and Cooler master did not provide and converter with it like they do with some of their other Fans . But that aside a "TOP NOTCH PRODUCT"

I had one XtraFlo previously purchased from my local store about a year ago. When I received the one from FlipKart, I noticed that it had a slightly lower air flow than the one I already had.

After comparing the two the only major difference I could find is that the one from FlipKart had a current rating of 0.54Amps instead of 0.7Amps (even though the listing says the latter). This difference I guess is the reason for its lower performance.

It is still no doubt very good (and FlipKart's service rocks), but if any of you have used the older 0.7Amps version, you will know the difference. Just two of the older 0.7Amps could cool even you in the summer... literally :P

I am using this fan in a push pull configuration for the Hyper 212 EVO cooler. I have seen a 4 C drop in temp against a single fan. It moves quite a lot of air and is silent as well. This fan will be most benefited either as an additional fan for a cpu cooler or as a back exhaust cabinet fan. It can suck and throw out hot air very easily and keep the cabinet cool. It looks very beautiful also. It has a four pin connector so you need a cabinet fan connector on your motherboard. You can sync the fan rm through the q fan settings in bios to give it a more efficient and silent cooling. Only having a good cpu cooler in your cabinet will not make much of a difference, removing the hot air from the cabinet produced by the cpu cooler at a greater rate than the cpu cooler fan itself is very important and that is exactly where this particular fan comes through with flying colors as it has a very high cfm and pressure rating to blow right through the iron mesh of the cabinet. You will need a 4 pin to molex convertor to use it as a cabinet fan. Don't hesitate just buy it and you will not be disappointed.

First of all the fan is amazing...!Its providing a good cooling as an exaust fan in the cabinet....i got a difference of 4 degrees in my cpu temperature and im using this with a cooler master cabinet and amd fx8350 processor....im compleately satisfied with the product....and asusual flipkart rocks...! with its service.The only problem i faced with it is the bolts provided with it.They are not in perfect fit with the fan body so that i have to put a lot of force to make them go in and fit correctly its almost like pearcing it into the fan body.The wire provided with the fan is not long enough and its got no molex converter with the box and its a 4 pin connector so u have to get a converter for your self if your mb is an old model.Please do check your connector is it 4 pin or not.If not do get a converter compulsorily befor buying .The rubber pads given with the fan serve a good purpose in eliminating lot of vibration at 2100-2200 rpm. The led's look cool... and a at last its a great product from cooler master.

A very good fan which can provide better airflow in ur case, my opinion use it as a exhaust rather than intake it will suck hot air from the case and blow it right out.It can be a bit noisy.

For those who are thinking it to use as a case fan beware that this is a PWR fan with 4 pins, which means u need a three pin to molex or a fan splitter to use it.
