I have received a damaged product. How do I get a replacement?

Coolermaster product rocks
I am once again amazed at the coolermaster product. This mousepad is definitely worth buying. I have an e-blue scorpion optical mouse and it defintely glides smoothly on the mousepad. The mousepad is not at all slippery,but is indeed a large mousepad but no space problem on my large table...The mousepad is rubber finished..Some might be wondering whether the white designs on the pad would affect the performance of the mouse,but it does not..
A great mousepad at a great price...
Way to go flipkart and coolermaster!!!

the best of the best in the both world. cooler master always rocks with its products. i'm happy that i purchased this mouse pad. it's awesome. it made my laser wireless mouse 8x more faster than my normal mouse pad. and my cooler master gaming mouse was flying like jet wen i use in this surface. it's rubber finish which very soft for use bt hard for the opponent to face us as it's the evil of the goddess item

firstly i would like to comment on flipkart's delivery time , i got this in 3 days time as said by flipkart ...the product is awesome to ..... gamer's can rely on this ... good thickness, awesome grip and for optical mouse it'z a great pad to make them move on it....

Great Mouse pad..
this is the best mouse pad i have ever seen.... its large and thin.. put this in your table. it will never move .. i have a Microsoft sidewinder x5 gaming mouse and it seems to slide on this mouse pad.. i recommend this product.... 5 stars from me....happy shopping guys...

Nice mouse pad for better experience
Everything is good about this mouse pad except the finish at the edges looks cheap and unfinished........
Other than that works perfect for my death adder......
Images and captions on mouse pad looks perfect for first person shooter......
