
The 17 revised full papers presented were carefully reviewed and selected from 51 submissions. The subject-matter is how to increase modularity, simplify reasoning, and ultimately enhance today's software development by exploring the spectrum of languages, middleware, services, and algorithms. The papers are organized in topical sections on middleware, logic programming, formal approaches, concurrency, components and services, as well as MANets.
