About Author :
Dr. Renu Jatana obtained her M.Com. and M.Phil. degree from University of Rajasthan, Jaipur. She obtained Ph.D. in Commerce from Mohanlal Sukhadia University, Udaipur (Rajasthan). Dr. Jatana is Associate Professor in the Department of Banking and Business Economics, M.L. Sukhadia university, Udaipur.
Dr. David Crowther is systems specialist and general manager in local government, industry and commerce for 20 years. In 1994, he joined Aston University as a lecturer in accounting and there obtained a Ph.D. in 1999 for research into corporate social performance and reporting before leaving to join the University of North London.
