Corsair CMPSU-850TXV2UK 850 Watts with 8 SATA Cables

It can power 6-8 HDDs, an overclocked Quad Core processor,dual graphics card & still doesn't say die. I upgraded from a 600W supply & the difference is immediately obvious. I see no voltage drops whatsoever on the 12V & 3.3V rails. This supply is simply ROCK SOLID.A word of advice though, if you want the most energy efficient power supply for your PC, get the 80plus gold rated Corsair AX850W. This power supply is 80plus bronze rated.

This psu is a monster ...it's original manufacturer is SEASONIC ,corsair just re branded it .

This beast powers up mine two GTX 780 in sli and i7 2600k oc @ 4.7 ghz just fine & handles others peripherals (corsair h80,1x 200 mm fan , 3 x 120 mm fan, 1x ocz vertex ssd , 1x seagate momentus xt ) fine .

For being 80 plus bronze certified it does ensure silent power & it is very power efficient .
