500+ Read/Write speeds achieved! Sandforce rules
Corsair Force 3 is perhaps one of the best performing SSD out there having a Sandforce controller that earlier had issues with BSOD (Blue Screen of Death). 2. SATA III / 6 Gbps transfer speed.
2. 2.5 t0 3.5 inch adapter provided.
3. Corsair brand name.
4. furioulsy fast. Whereas I get around 90-110 MBPS transfer speed in from my SATA-II to SATA-III HDD, here I get around 400-500 MBPS. Yes!!! you heard it correctly. A 1 GB movie file hardly takes 3 seconds to get tranferred even from my USB 3.0 ext HDD to this SSD. Enable AHCI mode in BIOS to get maximum performance.

Looking like running super computer
I am very happy with this ssd performace. Don't hesitate just buy this product. This will increase ur systems performance by double or may be more. I love the boot speed of my system which is 20 secs only. i used to install lots of applications. As i am a web and software developer. Now each of my application don't take more than 1-2 secs to load. Even Visual studio takes only 1-2 secs to load. which is quite fast. now my system never lags in any application.

Speed is it's middle name!
Bought the Corsair Force Series 3 120GB to help bump up the speed of my computer. When you work on huge files in Photoshop you need good read and write speeds. The best past is you can use it as a "SpeedBoost" drive in Windows 7. Can I make out the difference? Yes! Atleast a 3x improvement in performance. I wish to make it a RAID setup in future. I trust Corsair bigtime to deliver performance and I love FlipKart for making it so convenient.

Very Nice Performance. Easy setup in Windows 8. Liked it.
When you migrate to an SSD, make sure your partitions are aligned properly for best performance.
Go to DOS ( Type CMD in run )
> Diskpart
list disk
Select Disk # ( # being the disk no. listed therein )
List partition
Make sure the offset is divisible by 4.
There is also a free tool for this ( google it )

Less heat and better performance
I purchased this to replace a 64 GB Solidata SSD on my desktop. I was running out of space after I installed Premiere Pro. I prefer to use SSD's to run applications/ OS and keep all data on HDDs. Its gives better performance and keeps the OS drive clean.

Best value for money
Corsair Force 3 is an excellent option for anyone wanting to graduate to an SSD. My experience has been that on Windows 8, the start-up time is only about 14-15 seconds & the shutdown takes only 5-6 seconds!
Just ensure that you have enabled AHCI mode in Windows & in BIOS. Also ensure that TRIM support is enabled for the SSD drive. Additionally, it will help to move TEMP directories (both - user & Windows) to point to areas on a conventional HDD to prolong the life of your SSD.

Great Product to speed up your old system
I have been using this SSD since last 3 months. I had ordered it after my 3.5 year old Seagate 500GB HDD failed up on me and refused to boot. It worked out of the box after I connected it to the system. My 3.5 year old PC was able to recognise and read from it. The available memory is however shown as 111 GB as against 120 GB of capacity. It is asynchronous nand and has problems with in-compressible items. Synchronous nand of higher priced products like Corsair Force GT and OCZ Vertex series gets better performance all the time.
