Corsair provides a non-transferable warranty to the purchaser of Corsair hardware product purchased from an authorized Corsair reseller. Corsair warrants that the product will be free from defects in material and workmanship for a specified period commencing on the date of purchase. In general, this warranty means your Corsair hardware product will operate in accordance with published technical specifications, as specified by its datasheet and in the operating environment for which it was intended for the length of the warranty period.

Worth the price you pay for it.
Bought this RAM a few days back and m really pleased with the performance.
Pros :
1. Great build Quality : - The Outer body is pretty sturdy even when u have to force this down onto the motherboard
2. Heat Sink - The outer body is designed so as to help heat dispassiation quickly.
3. Great packing by corsair.
4. Scores 7.5 on windows experience rating ( out of 7.9 )

Bang for the Buck
Ok first Question any one will ask why go for this which is 200Rs costly than a XMS3 with similar performance but just the difference in heat sink..
Well for all those who overclock there memory as at stock this and XMS3 run at 1333MHz but here the catch bot go upto 1600Mhz but the key difference is that
XMS can do 1600Mhz @ 1.65V
Vengeance can do 1600Mhz @ 1.5V
so what does that mean, it translates to Efficiency with performance and lower heat out put as power Drawn is less!
I have 16GB Setup aka 4X4GB Ram's ie 2X4GB XMS3 and 2X4GB Vengeance! LOL and XMS3 looks so ugly in from of these sexy Ram Sticks ;)

MIND BLOWER RAM,
I personally bought this at the first place just because i use compositing softwares like adobe After fx,Fusion and Nuke(often) and they require good amount of ram for temporary previewing of made compositions in the software...Though 8gb isnt enogh but for a freelancer like me it goes good with almost any software i use...photoshop cs6 starts in just 10 secs(earlier 25 secs) and just after starting my pc i can enter "MY COMPUTER" , access anything,movies,softwares...AVATAR FULLHD(10gb size) runs smoothly and i can skip to any time in the movie very easily and without any glitches..
GO for it if you are either a PROFESSIONALIST or GAMER...SERVES THE PURPOSE WELL...and HAIL FLIPKART!!!!!!

A Taste of Sweet VENGEANCE!!!!
I was having serious issues with my new PC, which was barely a month old. Whenever I ran a Game the PC restarted after 5 mins and caused a Blue Screen Of Death. After much research found that the reason might be a faulty RAM. So, I opened and checked mine & it was a 'hynix' RAM (never heard of it). So, I ordered these and after getting them I installed it & removed the old one. And TADAAA!!!!!... I ran the earlier games it ran smoothly, at better speed. So this review is also a response to those who face such BSOD.
About the RAM:
I got it delivered in 3 days :)
GREAT looks... and trust me when I say... It's really HEAVIER than the usual RAMs. Superb Performance. Go for such RAMs if your PC demands power like serious gaming or editing. It surely delivers. :D
