I have received a damaged product. How do I get a replacement?

Since the game was released way back bfore many years its been one of the most played games in steam. i wondered why its lik that till i played this game.. now i really can say this is one of the best multiplayer shooters of all time..u can hav hours of fun , with so many mods and game modes.. the game is really fun.. this game ll be around till this world ends!!! awesome game
