According to religion scholar Martin A. Larson in "The Story of Christian Origins," Mithraism and Christianity derived from the same sources. Mithraism was an ancient mysterious religion prominent from the 1st century BC to the 5th century AD. It was based on worship to the goddess Mithras and derives from the Persian and Indic god Mithra and other Zoroastrian deities. Mithras was known throughout Europe and Asia by the names Mithra, Mitra, Meitros, Mihr, Mehr, and Meher. The veneration of this God began about 4000 years ago in Persia, where it was soon embedded with Babylonian doctrines. The birthday of Mithra was adopted by Christians in the 4th century AD as the birth of Christ.

There are many reasons Empires of the past have used our religions as part of the social engineering that forms our laws and behavior to this very day. Thomas Paine correctly stated in his posthumously published work, that Masonry is derived from the sun-worship (also son) of the Druids. Sun worship and the study of thetransit of Venus which is affected by sun spot activity has been used in Heliopolitan science for at least thirteen millenia. (Venus is the morning star and we will see it is Luciferian just as is the Heliopolitanism or sun-worship which can be translated as son worship).

Most work on pre-history is highly speculative but there are clues in a variety of hard sciences and artifacts that are now becoming available. The era surrounding the end of the third millennium BCE is becoming clearer, yet academics have not integrated these finds which fly in the face of the history we have been told to believe.
