I have received a damaged product. How do I get a replacement?

good for small room.....
this product is vry kool fr small rooms ....as output rms is 37 watts .....bt still sound is superb ....it does not hv dolby pro logic II or any mode to convert 2.1 to 5.1....hence if u donot have a 5.1 sound card or supported motherboard there wont be any 5.1 output....
the center speaker wont play and other 4 speakers play simultaneously .......so buy a 5.1 sound card .....
flipkart delivery is very good .....on time ....
value for money ...

Description of the product can be improved
I have bought this product for my DVD player. It was not mentioned in the product description that the audio input by default is from computer. So, I did not know that this and had to buy extra set of three connectors so that i can connect this to the DVD. THat costed around Rs. 200 for me. If I knew this, earlier I could have chosen a different model so that i could directly connect to the DVD player. I suggest flipkart to add this type of information for the speakers.
Otherwise, the product and the packing was good. No issues.

about this speaker
this speaker is great
but one of the main disadvantages is that it has the woofer on down side which can cause problem or even break down even if you care much for it, also the plug in for ac is normal pin, it gives out current while you touch the pin
