I have received a damaged product. How do I get a replacement?
Please contact us with your replacement request within 10 days from the date of delivery of the product. The seller will be notified of the return request.
Once the seller accepts the return request, the item will be recalled and a brand new replacement will be shipped to you by the seller at no extra cost. Utterly disappointed
Positive:-
> Solid build quality.
> Crisp & Clear sound at low volume (Ideal for private listening at night).
> Good looks.
Negative:-
> Sound distorts very easily (When volume knob raised more than 50%).
> The bass port is totally a GIMMICK because the bass response of these speakers is very thin.
> Volume knob is placed inconveniently.
> No earphone jack.

dissappointed
i bought this product because of the brand name creative. but am totally dissappointed. bad product from creative. no bass and the voice gets too crappy while increasing the volume. although the build and volume is good. sound quality is too low. but, considering the price it can be considered as an average product.
am giving 2 stars because of the service from flipkart. i got it in the correct delivery time.
final verdict, buy this only if you have only 800 rps in your wallet. otherwise i suggest you to go for another product.

Creative SBS A60 - Product Review
Good:
1. Looks good by the side of the Monitor.
2. Sound quality is also good - if you are not the type who likes to announce his moves to the neighbourhood.
3. Flipkart's excellent return policy for defective products.
Bad:
1. A bit pricey in comparison with the other models in this category.
2. The manufacturer has a very bad website - so is the instruction manual; if you are not good at configuring these things, please get someone's help.

Pure Awesomness!
These speakers are loud,clear and VALUE FOR MONEY!!
Got them today.Plugged them in and no sound came so i just rolled the volume knob up to max and put on a song...BOOM!..my ears will never be the same again ;).
If you're a gamer building a custom pc and spent all your money on the best hardware and need a good speaker to hear bullets whizz by then this is it!
One bad thing i'd like to say is that the speakers have interconnecting wires and considerably increased the number of wires on my desk.....

Don't buy Creative SBS A60
This one from creative is stabbing. Sound quality is very poor. Don't pay a single penny for this one.
You better add some extra money and buy higher version of creative speakers from Flipkart. This is a wastage of money and wastage of the name of "Creative"
