How do I place a Cash on Delivery (C-o-D) order?
All items that have the "Cash on Delivery Available" icon are valid for order by Cash on Delivery.
Add the item(s) to your cart and proceed to checkout. When prompted to choose a payment option, select "Pay By Cash on Delivery". Enter the CAPTCHA text as shown, for validation.
Once verified and confirmed, your order will be processed for shipment in the time specified, from the date of confirmation. You will be required to make a cash-only payment to our courier partner at the time of delivery of your order to complete the payment.

I have received a damaged product. How do I get a replacement?
Please contact us with your replacement request within 10 days from the date of delivery of the product. The seller will be notified of the return request.
Once the seller accepts the return request, the item will be recalled and a brand new replacement will be shipped to you by the seller at no extra cost. Good Stuff
Blending sticks or paper stump is one of the important tool for an artist, I search for a professional one in India…and got one….I was thrashed when I opened the packet…some normal papers were rolled and gummed together…..which I can do :P ….but today I got a really nice one from CretaColor, which was really of quality…thanks to flipkart for bringing that to me.

Quality Matters
You wont get products like these easily in your backdoor market. It was not introduced in flipkart at the time i was looking for them. I dropped a mail to flipkart to make them available on their website and i got a mail within an hour for their positive confirmation. :)
Getting back to the product, the paper is nicely sticked together and soft enough to give you a real feel of a tissue.
The smudging done with them is very smooth and uniform.
It consists of 5 sticks, shortest being 12.5cm and the longest, 16cm.
If you use these stumps for fine detailing, one stump would be more than enough and can last forever ;)
A must buy if you are tired of rolling tissues and smudging with your oily fingers.

Value for money
I've spent two years looking for blending stumps and this is the first Indian on-line retail website I could find that stocks them.
These stumps are pure value for money. If the end gets rough with use, just rub it on sandpaper and it's fine as new.
Saved me a lot of hassle with tissues and cotton for blending. I'd be buying more of these in future.

soft
the sticks that i have used before were quite hard. so i dont know if they are supposed to be soft or hard. these are very soft. so much that they were powdering against canson arches paper. but they have amazing soft feel. good for using on less textured paper. very good sticks.
