I have received a damaged product. How do I get a replacement?
Please contact us with your replacement request within 10 days from the date of delivery of the product. The seller will be notified of the return request.

Cretacolor Charcoal
I have just used these and I like this set. The sticks are approx 11.5 cm long and 5-6 mm wide. There are six in the set 1) Two black 2) Two dark brown/red 3) one Sanguine/earth color 4) and one white.
Of the first two groups, each has two different kinds of sticks - one is powdery, and the other one has a greasy feel. The powdery one is also watersoluble to some extent, allowing dispersal of the pigment dust with a moist brush. In this respect, group no. 2 (the dark brown/red ones) seems to be more dispersable. The greasy kind in each group is less so, but feels quite comfortable to use, quickly slipping off the surface with each stroke. They are a little less 'darker' (in both groups 1 and 2) than the powdery ones.
The sanguine/earth color stick (group 3) is rather light, and has a waxy feel, and is convenient for doing lay-outs prior to deeper, more definitive mark-making with the other types. It is little or not water-dispersable at all.
The white one (group 4) lays quite a bright mark on colored and textured surfaces, and can be conveniently used to provide highlights to eyes, nose tips, lip etc. Although, it seems to get muddy if placed on top of the other types... best to use it directly on the paper.
Another thing I like best about this set is the smooth, compressed surface coating, which quickly wears down as you use the stick, but doesn't smudge your fingers as you hold them.

Not so good
This isnt exactly charcoal. It is a lead pencil. A little darker than usual leads and graphite but not charcoal by any means. The shades except the two black ones arent very useful in the usual scenario.
And the highlighter just doesnt work on other shades.

Nice !!
A good deal for sketchers ! Charcoal always enhances sketches, the variety of colours lured me to buy the product.
Not sure about the quality of charcoal, but no doubt they are helpful in adding classy effects to the sketches.
Delivered within 3days and in well-packed condition :)

Got the Product in 2 days... i love the Delivery and Packaging of Flipkart.
Though the some of the Colors were Broken in Half.
But i Don't really Mind about Tat...
Just A little dissapointed with the Product.
.. its not Really Charcoal...
More like a Crayon i should say.
