I have received a damaged product. How do I get a replacement?

Get creative with CREATIVO
As the name suggests, it is a "GET CREATIVE" art set. The wide variety of sketching and shading materials bring out the artist in you. The dry crayons are good with large areas whereas the pencils do the fine details. But the most fun part is water soluble graphite pencils. They give the pleasure of both sketching and coloring.
