How do I place a Cash on Delivery (C-o-D) order?
All items that have the "Cash on Delivery Available" icon are valid for order by Cash on Delivery.
Add the item(s) to your cart and proceed to checkout. When prompted to choose a payment option, select "Pay By Cash on Delivery". Enter the CAPTCHA text as shown, for validation.
Once verified and confirmed, your order will be processed for shipment in the time specified, from the date of confirmation. You will be required to make a cash-only payment to our courier partner at the time of delivery of your order to complete the payment.

I have received a damaged product. How do I get a replacement?
Please contact us with your replacement request within 10 days from the date of delivery of the product. The seller will be notified of the return request.
Once the seller accepts the return request, the item will be recalled and a brand new replacement will be shipped to you by the seller at no extra cost. Finally, non sticky kneadables!
Starting to like the cretacolor brand quality. their products are top notch from what i've seen so far. the kneadables that i've used before were quite sticky. sometimes theyd stay with the paper and your fingers. but these are non sticky. excellent quality..! 4 comes in a pack. would be enough for a year. hope flipkart will continue to provide art supplies. hard to find good quality products in local art stores.

Super Excellent
Earlier I was using staedtler Kneadable...and expensive enough....but these just works same.............................................................................................................................................................and you can get a set of four in just a Rs 70 amount..while staedtler cost approx 75 for single piece.

Neither bad nor good
The eraser is too sticky . Though the kneadable eraser can take a shape,the way we want, it cant be retained for long. As stated by many others, it cant be used for erasing a dark line.
Coming to the advantages: The eraser can be used for erasing the smudges not just anywhere but also at tight corners.Also it helps in shading and blending. I would rate it a 2.8 outta 5.

Not So GOOD
I don't find it a good product. It doesn't perform good as an eraser. Yes it is kneed-able but it doesn't remove stains that well. And it has a sharp smell too. I used it on my drawings and most of the pencil stains were unerased. I am disappointed with the product.
