Superb product!
I was looking for a good quality Induction cooker. But I found most of the models in the market are over-priced and are basically re-branded chinese products. I didn't see a single dealer with this product, but I decided to buy it anyway, because it was cheaper and I calculated that this is not going to be any worse than what is available in the showrooms.
But now that I have used it, I find this is truly a high quality product, from a trusted name in electrical appilances. This product is very well designed (all plastic parts are away from the hot cooking surface). The control buttons are extremely touch-sensitive (only a light finger-tap is sufficient). The cooking surface is bigger than similarly priced products. It is also quieter and faster than my previous Prestige brand induction cooker.
You may have a mild smell of something like burning plastic during first time use. This is normal. One thing to be careful is not to use full-power setting if the line voltage in your area is low (

मैंने नवंबर में क्रॉम्पटन ग्रीव्स का इंडक्शन कुकर फरीदाबाद में सेक्टर-16 स्थित कटारिया हार्डवेयर से खरीदा और यह 5 जनवरी को खराब हो गया। वारंटी पीरियड में होने के नाते हेल्पलाइन पर फोन किया गया तो मंगला सर्विसेज से इंजीनियर घर आया और यह कहकर कुकर को ले गया कि सर्विस स्टेशन पर सही होगा। अभी 24 फरवरी तक मुझे कुकर वापस नहीं मिला है। रोजाना फोन करना अपने रुटीन में शामिल कर लिया है... और रोजाना 2-3 दिन में सही हो जाने का वादा कर दिया जाता है... फिलहाल मेरी सलाह इसे खरीदने के पचड़े में न पड़ने की है। सर्विस बहुत खराब दर्जे की है...

Absolutely Useless
Stopped working completely after two weeks of usage. Just a useless device. Started using three weeks after delivery and after using once everyday for two weeks, just absolutely died by itself. So flipkart can not replace. I am never gonna buy any crompton greaves product in my life
