Cross Century Ball Pen

My first memories of Cross go back to 5th grade when my aunt gifted me. It felt heavy and solid like long bullet and wrote like carving on butter. It was a gold one and the rest 2 from other relatives followed. Somehow in transit they are lost and i got to buy one for a colleague now.

Its silver this time and comes in Cross authentic packing which its self is an art on its own. The simplicity of the built makes it look a piece of silver mined from heaven !!!

If you feel like treating yourself without burning a hole in your pocket, go ahead order one. You wont regret but heart longs for you to hold the Cross forever.

I confess I'm no fan of Ball point Pens, therefore the 4 star review. I had a preconceived notion writing using this that it is only for the style of it - I admit this pen does look classy, for its sheer simplicity. But when I started writing, I was in for a surprise.

First of all, I love the weight of the pen. It is on the heavier side. It gives you a feeling that you're writing with metal, not some cheap plastic stuff.

Second, the ball point is extraordinarily smooth for a ball point pen. I owned a Parker Jotter before this (admittedly I didn't use it much) and I have to say, the Jotter is way inferior to the Cross Ball Pen.

I would say, that if you like Ball Point pens, not just to sign but also to write copiously you can use this pen. Plus, it does look heavenly good in a Jet Black Suit pocket!! :D

The Cross Century has a great a great metal body, along with an excellent grip. The genuine refill inside writes very smoothly. Although one of Cross' lower end offerings, it is a great pen to use and keep on oneself.
A must for those love their pens.

What 2 say..light weight, sleek, aesthetically pleasing 2 write with, nice grip, value for money. This is not just a pen, its a perfect combination of exquisite craftmanship which the company is famous for and the basic feature i.e. the writing flow. A must buy for evryone in my opinion.
