The sequel to the epic Crysis series is back with much more action and advanced features that will keep you glued to your computer for hours. Targeted towards hard-core gamers, Crysis 2 promises a memorable gameplay experience. The First-Person-Shooter game is available for the Xbox platform and has a Mature rating from ESRB.
Synopsis and Features
The city of New York is in Chaos. An unknown and deadly virus is spreading through the city like wildfire. To make matters worse, there is an outbreak of aliens. These aliens are ruthless, cunning and deceiving and they have only one objective - conquer the entire city. You, Alcatraz, are equipped with a super-human strength inducing Nanosuit. You have to use the suit to enhance your abilities and fight against the aliens to save the city of New York.
Crysis 2???s single player takes you on a spectacular, visually enhanced journey across New York. The city is torn and destroyed to a major extent. The war atmosphere is eerie, giving the game a dark feel. The game follows an objective completion model, where you have to complete a set of objectives to move forward in the story. This doesn???t mean you are restricted to a level-based gameplay. In fact, you can find various routes and methods to complete the objectives as you seem fit.
The highlight of the game is the Nanosuit. The Nanosuit has different modes that allow you to jump higher, be stronger and even be invisible. You just have to give a command to the suit and it will obey it in any situation. The suit has a recharging mechanism which refills automatically when depleted. The suit even allows you to combine multiple modes, making it easy to defeat enemies.
The combat has been reworked and now allows you to grab enemies by the neck and throw them at alarming distances. You can now kick cars to great distances using the suit???s powers. The game has beautiful visual environments that get a lot better if you crack up the graphics settings.
Customization has always been a highpoint with Crysis games and the same continues with Crysis 2. You can modify, attach and enhance your guns with military grade equipment. You can even upgrade your Nanosuit by using the glitter like substance that is available when you kill an alien. The soundtrack of Crysis 2 is clear and aggressive, drawing and involving you into the gameplay much further.

Xbox 360 and PC versions
The Xbox 360 version of this game suffers from the standard strip downs as against the PC version in terms of graphics. But the game play hasn't suffered as a result and remains at par. The storyline is a definite improvement over Crysis one but still lacks the depth like what you'd find in say, HL2. Also, this game suffers from the 'stretched' objective style, leaving you with the occasional 'get it over with' feeling. However, overall; it is certainly an enjoyable game and I would recommend it for any platform (PC, Xbox 360 or PS3). Giving it 3.5 stars of 5.

Awesome Graphics - Very Poor Multiplayer
Got this for xbox 360
Pros: Awesome graphics, good gameplay.
Cons: Bad/Horrible multiplayer experience, 99.9% times no one is there to play online, you just sit in lobby and wait.
And if by any chance in a million, you get lucky to see people online and start playing, you'll get suddenly dropped from server (all players get dropped).
Apart from that, there are some glitches in the game... flying soldiers, shooting with no gun in hand, Radar shows live blips where soldiers are actually dead. These and more bugs in the game.
Advise: If you want to play singleplayer, this game is a thumbsup.
If you like multiplayer, this is all thumbs down (including my thumbs of toes) .. worst mistake ever made.
Multiplayer lovers should get a Call of Duty: MW3, or BattleField3.
One word "Awesome"
Well as Crysis 3 release is around the corner so i thought to play Crysis 2 first on my X-Box 360...The game is truly good though I played only for 5 hrs but pretty happy with the Graphics and gameplay... it's really hooked you on your seat, somehow I felt it somehow same as NOVA 2 which I have played on my Android mobile, Nova is also all about killing Alien but playing this game on my big LED tv is a heart blowing experience...this game is Awesome hence giving full marks, I am yet to play dis as Multi-player so not much idea about dat.

Awesome Gaming experience ..
Awesome GAME!!! the nano suit rocks once more .. all the new features are superb .. After i Watched the game trailer and was so desperate to play the game .. ( Only a fan of the crysis franchise will understand ) only to find the game has been removed from all the game stores nearby .. WAALAAaa.. FLIPKART HAS it .. and i still cant believe it the way these guys deliver the product .. LIGHTNING FAST .. KEEP IT UP FLIPKART...

Good Game
The game is really one of the best looking games on PS3. The story is not that bad as the reviews all over the web,but has a slow start.

1.Spectacular graphics
2.Sandbox type gameplay
3.The nanosuit makes the game very engaging
4.Fightning aliens in New York city is a brilliant experience
