I have received a damaged product. How do I get a replacement?

Poor reception, hangs often
This product absolutely sucks. I had an older CISCO router which was capable of giving speeds upto 54Mbps. Since I had configured a NAS driver and wanted better transfer speeds on my wireless network at home, I bought this router as it fit my budget.
Needless to say I feel very disappointed with the performance of this device. The network drop significantly at a distance of only 20 feet. I need to sit with my laptop in clear line of sight in order to get any decent performance out of this thing.
Once every few weeks, I need to restart the router in order to get proper internet speeds. On top of that the D-link site is so muddled up that I can't even find a firmware upgrade for this model. Wonder if DD-WRT would work on this. That would be the only saving grace for this low-performance device.

D-Link DIR-524 Review
It's a good one. Moderate cost and excellent signal strength and speed. This router is applicable for home usage purpose. It is light in weight. Easy to fit to wall.I satisfied with this router.
If you want to use it for offical purpose.i think it is not suitbale. For household purpose its applicable.

Perfect product for sharing broadband connection and making local network
DIR-524 is one of the best wi-fi routers available in it's price range. The setup process is really simple (you really don't have to do anything apart from following the instructions). As per my experience, it has somewhat increased my Internet speed (bandwidth) even after sharing it on multiple computers. Another advantage of this product is that it enables you to create a LAN with speeds upto 150 mbps. Overall, its a very good and satisfying product.

The Best featured Router -in this price range
I haven't purchased this product directly from Flipkart, but I have been using the same for quite some time now..
The market price is a bit high and hence you guys can trust Flipkart, while buying the same.
I personally like the "Firewall" and the "Content Filtering" features..
Great indeed..specially if you have kids at home!!
With 4 LAN + 1 WAN ports, this is indeed the best router with the most affordable price :)

MIND BLOWING PRODUCT from D-LINK
i've been using this product since last 1 year and found its performance to be awesome...
Incredible signal reception and perfect speed....
it comes with 4 LAN adapters as well, which helps in internet sharing through LAN cables also...
