I have received a damaged product. How do I get a replacement?

Passable video, great audio
In my view the blu-ray video quality is very uneven. Some scenes have a nice pop while others appear pasty. There's an unnatural tint on several occasions. Video bitrate is quite high, indicating that these are problems with the source and not with the blu-ray authoring. Sad that the film-makers have not taken sufficient interest to present this entertaining movie in the best manner for HD viewing.
On the other hand, the DTS-HD audio track simply rocks! It's a league beyond the alternate Dolby Digital track provided, sounding more full-bodied and much closer to the theatrical experience. If you like this film, buy the blu-ray for the audio boom.
