Sohan's film Dam 999 is a unique and beautiful movie which depicts mostley the positive faces of India. The very attempt of a simple man from Kerala to enter the 'abandoned' areas of the film industry itself is something which demands a big appreciation.
A casual approach in watching this film will make you disappointed. Watch it twice, thrice,.. you will start liking its approach and the beautiful messages in many-fold ways it conveys to us.

I was doubtful whether to watch this movie after the mixed reviews it got upon its release.So i avoided the theatre.Once it got the oscar selection, i got the DVD and i should say its a class movie..Not for the front benchers. watch it only if you have a liking good quality hollywood dramas.Action lovers may not appreciate it.A movie well made.

After going through numerous controversies and being the talk of the town, DAM999 got my attention. Firstly, very happy to get the movie on stores. The movie is about a dam and the 9 characters revolving around it. The movie is an emotional thriller in medium pace, where the story can seem very intriguing for the viewers. A good entertainment.

Movie is good. But please don't go for 3d-DVD. This is RED-BLUE 3d format and not actual 3d format. The 3d glasses what they are giving with this DVD are not good.
They are giving 4 3d paper glasses with this DVD. I dont think these are worthful.

It is not a real 3d movie, you do not need a 3d tv to watch this movie. You can watch it in any normal tv with normal dvd player. It came with 4 red and blue glasses. You will get some 3d effects. All the actress in the movies are good looking. Movie is very cheap.

they try to make big, want to create sensation like hollywood, but some story and star cast unable to blush her impact...but one time movie...................................
