The Darkness 2 (Limited Edition)

The game was awesome but single player campaign was utterly small game was very enjoyable game play is too gud in first one but there is no chance for pc but features section belongs to BORDERLANDS make sure to edit that thing and last word go for it its worth the money noir style games are rare cases so i like that one and also Alan wake released for PC its the best survival horror for pc now go grab that one too for horror lovers.

Some FPS stand aside from others and this one surely does.
Got the limited edition of Darkness 2 today from NextWorld.
Played two hours and here are my thoughts so far:

I haven't played the first one but this one ic cool. Fast paced and griping storyline plus gruesome action and finish moves.
Graphics are somewhat comic style and great nonetheless, best yet the in game dialogues don't look fake and devoid of emotions like some other games.
Bullets and darkness power arms are hell of play experience. Shoot em, Slice em, Catch em and rip em.
Surely an addictive one. I am mostly a TPS game player but I like some special FPS titles too and I can count this in one of those titles.

If you don't have any problem with blood and parts of body flying here and there after you kill an enemy to satisfy your darkness then you'll sure like this game.
Don't worry if you haven't played the first one because neither did I, the game has a "previously" just for us.

A classic FPS that stand aside from others and with a good story.

An awesome title.

Just been playing through this game on the weekend and I must say the cell shaded graphics(which is awesome and commendable), the demon arms, the darkness aura powers and my darkling's funny sense of humour does it all!
Hitman/Power up/Health/Demonic Executions, each have their own varied style of graphic mutality.
And yes the game has two alternative endings, and I do suggest that you game on in the 'Don' mode to extend ya playability factor. Even after the main campaign ends, we can unlock a new game+ mode to carry on the dark talents acquired and build on the skill tree and might I also mention the Vendetta mode, thats another different ball game all together man!
4 different darkness characters, each with their own weapon of choice and campaign to unleash their very own brand of Darkness!
Time to unleash your darkness, game on!

No millions of guns to choose from, no mission tactics, no enforcement of any kind. Two minions on either side, two desert eagles and you're good to go!

This game nails the feeling of becoming evil and being consumed by darkness. And like all of 2K's projects, this one seems a signature as well. Except from the horrible concept of Darkness consuming oneself, it really is a good game. The protagonist is a gangster and has an emotional story and bad ass stuff just follows. Enemies seem more like bait than anything even remotely harmful. But this doesn't make anything easy. Although sometimes the fight get intense you will love the fact that you can snap off a door from a stranded taxi and slice the chest off of anyone in your way with it.

All in all

9/10 for Graphics
6/10 for story
10/10 for the awesome game play.

An amazing game that puts you in a super fast ride.
The comic-like graphics is executed pretty well but has short single player campaign (3-4 hours max),but immersive story and action.Violent in the start and consistently violent in the end.
Though this game requires steam and frequent updates this is worth a buy.
