I have received a damaged product. How do I get a replacement?

Fun game
Bought this for my new XBox 360 after listening to complaints from my wife regarding all games available on XBox are 'fighty-games'. She loves this game! The controls are a little overwhelming for a person who has never used a console and the graphics are nice. Would highly recommend gifting this to someone who likes some casual 'non-fighty' games on consoles
