Death By The Reel

When a retired New Orleans surgeon tries to organize the First Annual Aisling Meadow Highland Games in an obscure area of North Georgia, he receives a series of threatening notes in an unfamiliar language. Who should he call on for help but his old colleague Dr. Galimatias ("Dr. Decipher of the Vieux Carri")? Posing as events judges, Dr. Galimatias and a reluctant Aramus Limpkin get involved with a variety of colorful characters in a plot that weaves passion, poison, and even murder into a tapestry of tartan plaid.
