I usually don't write reviews but I cant Resist it now after buying this product

Now coming to the product I brought this for 490 Rs which was my budget.

1) Low Cost High Quality
2) Silent
3 )The Thermal Paste come with this product So no need to apply it

Great cooler
I had to purchase it because my stock cooler for my Core 2 Duo was not silent anymore and it was not cooling the processor very well. After installing Alta 7 there was signification amount of improvement.
Before Temperature: Min - 44 deg C and Max - 80 deg C
After Temperature: Min - 39 deg C and Max - 60 deg C
Pros:
- Silent
- Preapplied thermal paste
Cons:
- The pushpins are difficult to install. Had to apply significant amount of pressure to get them seated.

Its above average..
I have replaced my old CPU cooler with this new Deepcool Alta 7.
It looks pretty good & huge but the legs are very delicate & i broke one of its leg point.
But still manage to fix it.
Now its giving me a cooler Temp of about 35°C - 45°C on an average indian summer day [which is horrible], my old temp was about 50°C - 70°C sometime..
So very much pleased with it.

Decent Replacement to stock cooler!!
Bought this to replace the stock cooler!! The heatsink is decent enough & for some reason easier to install than the stock intel heatsinks!! But they don't provide the thermal grease separately i.e. its already applied on the heatsink's base... so be careful while installing the fan!!
Brought down my "full load temperature" from 82C to 47C !!

Breath back life into old machines
you do know that e-waste amounts to 50 million tons of waste each year. so before you order a new set for yourself. try to fix the old one! most of the times it can be done. I ordered a complete new mobo and processor to suit my needs. but i had a d945gnt lying around! I got this heatsink two more ddr2 ram a basic 40 gb hdd and put it in an old wooden trunk I had. now it just works awesome as ever for my little friends at the ngo and an ode to steampunk...

Firstly Flipkart.. your services rock....!!!! rates are a touch higher than other sites but iam happy to pay that extra penny... tremendous delivery ..and oh my wht a product.... works like a charm..

Its around three weeks and i'm leaving my system in ON state every night for download, very satisfied with the performance of product.
Positive:
1. Build Quality
2. Performance
3. Specially its blue Color
4. Best part was factory pasted coolant, this was really nice one. :)
But the worst port was the shipment, i was really surprised when i saw the shipment quality, packaging was very bad.
