Good fan for its price but better option available too.
Surely its a very good fan for its price.
But after installing it I found its LED lights are not that bright like the bundled LED lights in my cabinet. Would have liked if the lights were brighter. Anyways for this price I cant really complaint. The main reason for getting it was my stock cabinet fan had only 1k RPM, so for a better airflow as exhaust I bought this one. Works absolutely fine. My temps now have come down approx by 3c.
If you are looking for something better then you probably should look for CM 90mm 2k RPM LED fans. Though they cost around Rs.50 more but are really great for they have 2k RPM with 90CFM airflow compared to 1.5k RPM and 62CFM airflow of this one.
Also do note that its fan for Deepcool Iceblade Pro CPU fan, but can be used as both CPU fan as well as Cabinet fan.
Also delivery was very fast. Reached me in just 2 days.

Deepcool ICEBLADE FAN a good quality with PWM Function
Sorry for the courier service from reputed Flipkart. The ''firstflight courier'' becomes the ''lateflight courier'' service. They took 8 days. Before, ''bluedart'' (which is best for their service) generally take 3 to 4 days to tezpur,assam only.
The quality of the product is quite good at this price (441-39=402 COD). The blue leds are bright and attractive. I am using it as a cpu cooler. Noise Level is acceptable. I prefer it over Cooler Master XtraFlo Cooler for PWM Function too and the power consumption is quite low. Overall a good product at a reasonable price from Deepcool.

Good fan with PWM function
I was in need of two good fans for exhaust. I settled for this after going through the reviews. One might be tempted to go for WindBlade series as they are cheaper but the price difference between IceBlade and WindBlade is not much and it's worth the extra money.
The 1500rpm claim is true. The sensors were reporting fan speed of 14xxrpm. The fan moves a considerable amount of air.
The only con I feel is that it doesn't come with screws for installation.
If you are still not sure about this fan and are willing to spend 100 bucks more then take a look at CoolerMaster 90CFM 120MM fan.

Exceptionally a great product with great value to money pack!!!
I bought this fan from flipkart.Its nice.Airflow is good.Light intensity is also good.Its also not too much costly on flipkart like other 140mm fans.Can be used for both air intake or outflow as its air flow is good.A good buy.Go for it if you are looking a LED based 120mm fan under budget.this is a awsum fan with great airflow and its led's are also very good...they will make you to look at your cabinet again and again just go for it............

SUPER FAN
good fan from deepcool,connected to motherboard and getting 800-1000rpm,because my sytem doesn't heat too much.using speed fan to control it and getting 1550rpm and very good airflow.not too silent.little bit of noise is coming at 1500rpm.i get it for 402 rs from flipkart,better go for cooler master 90cfm at 2000rpm.earlier my i5 3570 get 62 degree celsius at gaming now it come down to 57 degree.led lighting is not too bright.my psu also emits cool air now,using as intake in side panel.their is no screws from this product,anyways a good product from deepcool
