I have received a damaged product. How do I get a replacement?

Great show, poor sound
5 star rating to the show, the effort to bring out this show on dvd, to flipkart for great service.
-5 star rating for the sound quality on these dvds. It sounds muffled and makes it difficult to enjoy the brilliant dialogue which made the series so popular. Besides, it is not even synchronised properly with the visuals.

this is awesome
this is a great product,for those wondering,this is a pack of 9 dvds. i remember watching this when i was a kid the show is hillarious and perhaps the best comedy on indian television in my opinion. it was delived to me in 2 days flat. the service was great and the dvs are in perfect condition.

One of the best comedy series I've ever seen
I am very thankful to the one who brought this series on DVD. This serial is really awesome. Fun, drama, love, relations each and every aspect of these is shown in a very beautiful way... I am the proud owner of this DVD. Don't wait, buy it till it's out on DVD, worth buying....
Dekho bhai dekho yeh series ko
Last time I searched for the DVD on this website, it was out of stock. A few days later, a mail promptly announced itself in my inbox saying it was available. What next.. I bought it and it is simply brilliant. The print is of great clarity [Dont expect 1080p ;)] Sound clarity could be better. Packaging of the DVD is nice. 3 boxes of 3 DVDs. Overall I am happy with watching one of my favourite childhood show!
