The dell streak 5 is an amazing tablet or phone watever u call it.. Its been 7 months since I bought this phone. Looks great best for video viewing has all the features which you look for in a phone a very fast proccesor,android,does'nt get stuck.. Hi, I'm using Dell streak 5, its user interface and performance are very nice except the battery life. and very sad its faced off and it can't upgradable to the latest android version from 2.2. Any way i love it a lot...the Dell would have extended the journey of streak.

Dell streak rocks!!!

I have recently purchased this phone from flipkart & believe me flipkart provides the best service in india and its totally trustworthy. Now coming to phone it is amazing. you can do every possible things with just a gentle touch to this phone. It ease the human life. Nice resolution, big screen is superb, battery life is good(note: u cannot expect extraordinary battery life from such high resolution phone). Overall it is amazing product from dell....

Powerful and Nice phone but Dell thinks its a flop.

This phone has really good power and good screen display too. Can play most of HD Tegra games (exclude Backstab categories). Dell stage is slow so better download Go Launcher Ex for screen. Best for watching movies and playing games. Has awesome touch and I gave force restart only 1ce or 2ce in last 4 months. The looks are smooth and best among other phones. a good phone-tablet....

received d phone within a week, would like to thank flipkart for there good packing skills.. :-)

some nice things:
screen is nice, touch is responsive, good for web browsing, earphones are good enough, sound is awesome.

some bad things :-( :
battery isnt gud enough when using internet for long time,
live wallpapers use a lot of battery....
some times some apps are to be closed forcibly, i dont know y?
Adding contacts was another issue..

overall a good phone & tablet too.... a must buy..

I am using Streak for past 4 months, nice piece of equipment by Dell. Good thinking to bring it in 5" size and its a hybrid smartphone and Tablet. Grt to use and also good quality Streak accessories available in the market but couldn't find it in Flipkart. All Streak users download MXvideo player and upload and Movies and watch it in Streak, its amazing. I almost watch all my movies now in Streak. I am using Dell Streak for past 6 months. it was really amazing with it's features. Even after i started using it i didn't use my desktop because everything is available in Dell Streak itself.

Now the pricing mentioned in Flipkart is another attractive one. Everyone have to use it then they will feel real technology growth.

Amazing piece of equipment..........!!!

Firstly I am writing this review from d tablet.... It its fantastic...... it its super fast... Very easy to use.... very portable... Well all the amazing things written about it is true..... The only drawback is the battery life...but it is not that bad.... it worked a whole day with one full charge.... And there are a lot of innovative batteries available...(chk ebay...) You can buy an extra just in case..... (Also to all others.....got it for 20k..... Thnx. Flipkart....)

Excellent Device

Dell Streak 5 is one of the best devices I had so far. The 5'inch screen makes it compact and easy to carry in pocket. The user interface is awesome, its very sensitive. Plays HD video with ease. Also the 5 MP camera is good. The only bad thing is that the speakers are not loud when u r using earphone. So its not a good device to play music on (for music freaks like me).
Still wondering why Dell Streak 5 is not a big hit and why dell has stopped manufacturing the same.
Also flipkart's service...
