Dell Streak

I had given dell phone for repaire but for last 1month i was getting reply there is not a single phone availabe for replace..
is this the service provide by Dell. i had taken the same from Distibutors Global..
The Dell Phone is a Flop Phone. Battery life is very weak, We cannot even used for 1day. I need to charge the Battery twice...

If any body looking to buy the Dell Streak pls. don't buy..

well i am using dell streak since last month, but i found a problem in its touch some times. while answering a call touch often dosent works, inspite of sending it to service centre they didnt replace my phone. so i dont think its a good choice.

Recently purchased this phone via Flipkart. As others, I must say the services at Flipkart is wonderful.

Now about the phone, this is one of the best phone that I have seen.. huge screen, solid body. It was launched by Dell for Rs.34,999 but now it is about 24k so it worth every penny.

But the accessories offered with this phone is really bad :( Phone Pouch is useless and headphone is also not of good quality :(

If you work on the net most of the time (like me, I am into hosting business), and watch movies etc. this would is really good due to big screen and good processor. This is the only phone with 5" screen :)

I bought Dell Streak two months back, and this is the best phone , i ve bought, i am saying this after having experiences of diff phones of diff companies, without naming them. Besides other good features, it has got the best resolution, so u can have the best view of the pics u clicked (even from any camera). U also ve very good talk time. At around Rs. 24000/= IT IS A STEAL. RRRRRRRRRRRRRRRUSH TO GRAB ONE.

First of all,let me say that I am a great tech lover, and before buying this product it took me almost a month to survey up all the nearest possibility of the smartphones or tablets I am capable of buying. After a lot of digging, brands from HTC to BLACKBERRY, SaAMSUNG to NOKIA,LG and finally DELL, i went for this DELL STREAK a.k.a DELL MINI. The most commendable thing about dell is that it puts a lot of effort and style in making its products which clearly potrays in the mini. However, its a s shame that this product of dell din't recieve any attention at all and unfortunately dell stopped its production globally.
ABOUT THE PRODUCT:
People who are looking for a tablet cum phone, this definately the only "one" for you. This is because of the 5-inch superb scratch resistant and the only pocketable one.Now when I say scratch resistant if doesnt mean you need not take care of it. I would suggest you buy a screen protector(Amazer) and also a silicon cover with the mini,also available at flipkart.

User Interface : The time since it was upgraded from donut to froyo,just one word-awesome :)
Score: 9.5/10

Battery life- One thing people need to understand is that you cant expect an excellent battery life from such a device. I mean the amount of memory and ram it uses, it is very difficult to get everything we need. Still it is enough to satisfy your needs until and unless you give all your 24 hours just poking and playing games on it.

Camera: Here,let me tell you this,people ask for a good camera quality in every smartphone they hear off.My suggestion-if you so need a camera,you better buy a digital camera rather than these tablets,bcz tablets are meant for higher purposes and not particularly designed for an awsome clicking and recording experience.
