I am quite Happy with it.
A sane choice i can call.
I didn't buy this from flipkart coz i didn't know abt it at the time.
I have been using this since last 3&1/2 months and not yet found any complaint.
Its fast and capable enough. Though I have not played any games on it but i think high end games should also run quite well looking at its performance at various processor intensive occasions including: running multiple server instances simultaneously.
The chicklet key board is very nice and comfortable. I can type and work much faster with it when compared to the USB Keyboard I have.
The thing I like the most about it is its display: a 15.6" one + AntiGlare. The AntiGlare display is REALLY WORTH. I have NO PROBLEM at all in any light conditions without any 'reflective irritation' even with a CFL or an open daylight door right at my back (I have not tested outside in bright sunshine but definitely there too it will perform a great deal better than many others; but afterall why will one operate a laptop sitting in sunshine! ).
And finally I have not yet found any heating problems with it.
Overall the laptop has made me absolutely satisfied.
Good for Students a.w.a Business Professionals.
Using this laptop for past 4 months. Its can be a good choice for students and people on the go. There is absolutely no problem in this Dell Vostro 1550. Battery backup is about 5Hrs if you tweak your system a little bit. Mine has a 4Gb Ram. Though it lacks Graphic Card but can be compromised if you are not a gaming freak.

The best budget laptop!
Well if you are looking for a laptop with value for money, then just close your eyes and get it. The same configuration with softwares and OS would cost you more than 40k. Its quite light weight that you dont feel heavy on your lap. It does not have dedicated graphics but that does not matter as I am playing all high definition games CS, FIFA with ease. Love the chiclet key board. The default display is bit dull as it is in Balanced mode. For watching movies, change it to High Performance mode. All in all, the best buy!! :-)

Very Good Laptop
Delivery was quick, 0n 3rd day of order. It was a good thing that for my area COD limit was 49999, so i was able to pay cash.
The Laptop is a bang 4 buck. However, there was no linux installed on it when it arrived. But that doesn't mattered to me as various linux OS are free.
And i am loving the laptop. Only glitch is making the webcam work properly and downloading various drivers.
For non-gamers, it is avery good laptop.
