Dell Warranty
Never thought would come up with a review so early(less than a week) and a negative one. Before buying this product, I had ensured i would get a warranty of one year. The customer care never informed me that 1 year warranty is provided by them not Dell. So in a way they lied to me. Good budget Ubuntu laptop with rock solid performance
Carefully selected this laptop over the Dell Inspiron and Lenovo. Requirement was a 2 GB graphics card Nvidia with no shackle like Windows.
Laptop performance is very good. Removed Ubuntu 12.04 and installed the latest Ubuntu on it. Works well and gives rock solid performance in Ubuntu. Battery backup is phenomenal 7 hours after full.

Superb delivery timing. Product not really wow to look at but works like a song. Had planned to dual boot with Win 7 but after seeing Ubuntu 14 did not have the heart to change anything.

One of the best Vostro series laptops I've ever used
I've been using this laptop for about 4 months and the experience has been really great. If you're buying the ubuntu version please remember there's no driver support available for Ubuntu 12.04.5 LTS. I'm currently running Windows 8.1 pro and it's running with absolutely no fuss. Keep a driver backup with you all the time in case you need to format your system. Also this particular model is compatible with Windows 10 and Dell has availed us with proper drivers. Its nice product only warranty is 6 months only but i think no need of warranty for this laptop cuz its working well dont have any problem with its hardware. It have one more prob only battery backup is only 3-4 hours.

Average !!!
The anti glare display makes the laptop look dull even with 2gb graphics memory.No HDMI Port available which is a disappointment, Just 4 Cell battery is even less for a small medium business laptop. Issue with Bluetooth after installing Win7. Overall and average laptop by Dell
