So so product
This is so so product, there are some problem with the weight of the product for which it become tough to make roti. We had a roti maker before which use to work fine but it stoped working so had to buy this new one. But my wife find this lighter in weight than previous one and realize that due to low weight of the top lead the roti do no bake properly.

Excellent
The product is excellent, worth its cost, but user mannual and recipie book are missing. One can learn from videos from youtube.com and make perfect chapaties(roties) by a few days practice. After some practice the product performs as it is supposed to be and it is very easy to cook chapaties and prauthas or stuffed nans etc.
The product quality and workmanship is good and the price is affordable vis-a-vis other similar machines.

Used it but not getting good chapati in this...
after using this...I can make my roti round but these are coming out in the shape of papad after following instructions how to use it...

worst roduct
this product is a waste of money. It does not make chapaties properly.It is a total waste of money. With this product we were not able to make eve n a single chapati. And apart from this it's body becomes very hot and the product becomes very dangerous to use. Really worst product
